- (1) The cause of the damage of the suspension rod bearing is insufficient lubricating oil in the bearing, resulting in increased bearing wear or ablation, or the rubber ring around the bearing seat has been disrepaired, broken or fallen off for a long time, causing the outer diameter of the bearing and the seat hole to rotate loose, resulting in fusion The drive Shaft of the frame is pulsating, causing the lower part of the frame to break, the bolts to break, and the bolt joints to break. (1) The cause of bearing damage is insufficient lubricating oil in the bearing, resulting in increased bearing wear or ablation, or the outer diameter of the bearing and the valve seat hole due to disrepair, fracture or falling off for a long time, causing the fusion frame drive shaft to pulsate, resulting in the frame The lower part is broken, the bolt is broken, the bolt joint is broken, etc.
- (2) The damage of the transmission shaft parts is due to the deformation of the front and rear transmission shafts, universal joint uranium forks, universal joint protruding forks, and telescopic keyway shafts, resulting in the deviation of the complete axis of the transmission shaft transmission, or due to insufficient lubricating oil. Excessive joint wear, loosening and wear; or increased loosening and wear between the sliding keyway and the expansion joint groove, etc. As a result, the overall clearance of the transmission shaft increased, the axial vibration occurred, the central hanger was impacted for a long time, and the lower part of the hanger was broken.
- (3) The central hanger of the transmission shaft of a truck has been holding the bearing punching (tile frame) type towel core bracket on the cross beam of the automobile since the 1940s, and the material is casted with segmented cast iron (Maanshan Steel). The hanger of this structure is only suitable for light-weight vehicles of small tonnage (some modern drive shaft center brackets are made of steel plate seam welding and assembled on the middle beam, which is relatively safe). Casting hangers are prone to fracture layers due to improper technology, loose metal or pores, and material brittleness. In the warranty installation of the central hanger, due to improper bolt fastening method, the hanger installation or the hanger cover assembly is unbalanced and uneven, which causes the hanger or hanger cover to warp, causing a stress concentration to break at a certain point, making the hanger fracture.
As long as there is one of several factors that cause damage to the central hanger of the drive shaft, it will cause immeasurable losses to the vehicle. For this reason, during the regular maintenance or warranty period of the vehicle, the gearbox components should be inspected and adjusted.
