Brushless motor wiring problem:
Make sure that the red wire (+5V) and black ground wire of the motor Hall power cord are plugged in well with the corresponding wires of the controller.
There are 36 ways to connect the 3 thinner Hall phase wires and 3 thicker motor winding phase wires to the controller. The simplest method is to test each state one by one.
The wire can be changed with electricity, but it must be meticulous and orderly, and the angle of each rotation of the speed control knob shall not be too large, so as not to damage the controller. If the motor has abnormal phenomena such as jitter or loud noise, it indicates that the state is not correct. If the motor reverses in a certain state, and when the controller line sequence is known, as long as the controller’s Hall wires a and b are interchanged, and the motor winding phase wires A and B are interchanged, the motor can be rotated forward.
