There are three possible reasons for the surface wear of the motor Shaft:
- The equipment is installed, overhauled, lubricated and other reasons that are not standardized, untimely, or not in place, causing rapid equipment wear;
- Affected by vibration, pressure, impact and other forces, resulting in the impact and wear of the matching parts. Due to the high strength of the metal material and poor concession, long-term operation will inevitably cause the gap to continue to increase, resulting in wear, cracks, fractures, etc. It can’t be avoided
- The manufacturing quality is not high, and the heat treatment fails to meet the requirements, causing abrasion, and the shaft head may be broken in severe cases.
After the motor shaft is worn, the traditional solutions such as machining after repair welding, inlaid bushings, brush plating, spraying, pitting, scrapping, etc., although these methods meet the needs of production to a certain extent, they are not fundamental Solve the problem, so to avoid the wear of the motor shaft, pay attention to the above reasons for the wear of the motor shaft, use the motor shaft reasonably, and maintain it regularly.
